Viking Carioca was born from a simple dream: to bring the vibrant flavors and joy of Brazil to the Nordic region. As Brazilian expats living in Denmark, we understand the longing for authentic tastes from home.
Viking Carioca was born from a simple dream: to share the vibrant flavors, traditions, and joy of Brazil with Denmark and the Nordic region. As Brazilians living here, we know the importance of tasting home — but we also believe the world is much richer than any single culture.
In 2025, we started this journey to connect food lovers with authentic products not only from Brazil, but also from Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Africa, and the Arab-Mediterranean gastronomy. Each item we bring carries a piece of history, family gatherings, festive celebrations, and the warm hospitality of different peoples.
Today, we are proud to be the bridge between cultures, celebrating diversity through food and offering customers in Denmark a taste of the world — always with Brazil’s energy as the heart of the project.
